Our Tube Settlers feature a compact design that maximizes the available settling area while reducing the overall footprint of the treatment plant. They are made of high-quality, lightweight ABS plastic that is easy to install, and requires minimal maintenance. Because of that, ABS Tube Settlers provide an effective means of upgrading existing wastewater treatment plants to increase their capacity and efficiency.
Our SS Cast In-Situ Filter Mold & Accessories are easy to install and maintain and provide an effective solution for solid-liquid separation processes. They can be used in various applications, including the filtration of wastewater, surface water, and groundwater, as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
DAF systems are designed to remove total suspended solids (TSS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), and oils and greases (O&G) from a wastewater stream. Contaminants are removed using a dissolved air-in-water solution produced by injecting air under pressure into a recycle stream of clarified DAF effluent. The resulting solution is combined with incoming wastewater in an internal contact chamber, where the dissolved air separates in the form of tiny bubbles that adhere to the contaminants, lifting them to the surface to form a floating layer that is removed via a surface skimmer and directed to an internal hopper for further treatment. We also provide comprehensive support and maintenance services to ensure that our clients' DAF process plants operate at peak efficiency.
